We specifically scan for the most common pitfalls: dust trails on baseboards, missed corners behind doors, streaks on glass and mirrors, and dust accumulation on high shelves or light fixtures. We cannot move heavy furniture (>20kg) or electronics for safety and insurance reasons. This is stated in our pre-clean agreement. If a sofa needs moving, we ask you to clear the path or note it as an exclusion.

We pre-treat carpet spots to prevent setting, but we cannot guarantee removal of old, set-in stains. We will identify these during the initial walkthrough and document them for full transparency.
