Contractual Framework for Digital Service

Effective Date: 15 October 2026. These terms constitute the digital agreement governing all interactions with tidysweep.company.

1. Acceptance & Digital Consent

Accessing tidysweep.company or using our booking form constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service. By proceeding, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in the Czech Republic. This is not a subscription service; consent is specific to each transaction or inquiry.

2. Service Scope & Digital Intermediation

Tidysweep operates as a scheduling and coordination platform for professional cleaning services. Our website provides quotations, manages bookings, and facilitates communication. The actual cleaning services are performed by vetted, independent cleaning professionals or our directly employed staff in Prague. We do not manufacture cleaning products; we select specific, eco-friendly formulations (non-toxic, biodegradable) for use in client homes.

3. Liability & The Prague Constraint

Our liability is capped at the total value of the service booked. We are not liable for pre-existing damage (e.g., loose floorboards, aging grout, fragile items not secured). In multi-tenant Prague buildings, clients are responsible for notifying building management and ensuring necessary access permits are available. Parking restrictions in central districts (Praha 1, 2) remain the client's responsibility for scheduling timing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booked time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations under 24 hours, the full service fee applies to compensate for blocked schedule time and technician dispatch. Rescheduling is free if requested 24+ hours in advance, subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities: The Preparation Checklist

A smooth service requires cooperation. These are the non-negotiables for our team to perform their work effectively and safely.

Secure Valuables & Pets

Remove small valuables, jewelry, and fragile items from countertops. Arrange for pet care or containment in a separate room to ensure technician safety and focus.

Clear Major Clutter

Please clear floors, counters, and surfaces of loose items. Our service focuses on *cleaning* existing surfaces, not organizing personal belongings.

Provide Access & Utilities

Ensure building access (keys, codes, intercom) is confirmed. Hot and cold running water must be available. For security, you may choose to be present or provide a remote code.

Trade-offs & Mitigations

  • Constraint: Limited appointment slots during peak hours (10:00-14:00).
    Mitigation: We offer a 10% discount for weekday morning slots (8:00-10:00) to balance our schedule.
  • Constraint: No pets during service for safety.
    Mitigation: We provide a pre-service checklist to help clients easily arrange temporary pet care.
  • Constraint: Liability limited to service value.
    Mitigation: We offer optional third-party insurance referrals for high-value item protection during move-out or deep cleans.
